Westchester Square Townhomes

Known as The Gracious Town Homes of Ansley Park, Westchester Square is a distinctive condominium community consisting of twenty three houses--no two alike.  Circa 1965, Cousins Properties developed Westchester Square as one of the first condominium townhouse communities in Atlanta.  Henry D. Norris, AIA, designed a serene and private haven with an authentic Georgetown architectural motif.  Renowned southern landscape architect, Edward L. Daugherty, planned the centerpiece, a beautifully landscaped private park to be enjoyed by the residents.
